Real estate firm WCRE has named a new director of property management, the firm announced Tuesday.
Samuel Newman brings more than 20 years of experience to the Marlton-based firm, where he will help develop and implement extensive growth strategies in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets, WCRE said in a news release.
“Adding Sam to our leadership team is going to provide a huge boost for both our current and future plans,” Jason Wolf, managing principal, said in a prepared statement. “His vast industry experience and knowledge of the region is a perfect match for WCRE, and we could not be happier to have Sam join our team.”
Most recently, Newman was a portfolio manager for Ranger Properties, where he had been since 2005. He has managed a broad spectrum of property types during his career, including office, retail, hospitality and residential.
“WCRE is widely regarded as one of the most innovative and forward-looking commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firms in the area,” he said in a statement. “I am honored to join their team of accomplished professionals and look forward to using my experience to transform and grow the WCRE brand across the region.”
