A commercial building in Haddon Township has sold off-market, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
Financial terms of the transaction were not dislosed.
Dr. Khalid Munir purchased the 3,250-square-foot building at 5-7 W. Cuthbert from an undisclosed party, and will open Animals First Veterinary Hospital there, Vantage said in a news release.
Cherry Hill-based Vantage’s Aran Ploshansky, director, and Corinne Giletto, senior adviser, represented both parties in the transaction.
“The Haddon Township building is a well-positioned and unique property,” Ploshansky said in a prepared statement. “We are pleased to have helped ownership with the sale of the building, and we look forward to seeing the building’s transformation under its new ownership.”
