A Robbinsville property has been sold to Faropoint, according to real estate firm WCRE.
The Marlton-based firm said in a news release that Faropoint, operating as FRG-X-NJ1 LP, bought the building at 108 N. Gold Drive from Thabic and Co.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
WCRE’s Kevin Coleman, executive vice president, and Victor DeJesus, senior associate, represented both parties in the transaction.
