Jeffrey Fuller has been named chief operating officer of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a Hackensack-based family-owned and -operated commercial and residential real estate firm.
Fuller joined the firm in 2019 as director of property management and a member of the senior executive team to oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s more than 6 million-square-foot portfolio and further bolster its relationships with its more than 200 tenants.
As chief operating officer, he will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s construction, leasing, property management and human resources departments. Additionally, he will work closely with each department to enhance and maintain the company’s operational efficiencies, while ensuring the firm’s founding ideals of integrity and trustworthiness are adhered to in every aspect of its work. He will continue to increase productivity and flexibility across the organization with the implementation of the latest real estate technologies and processes.

Fuller brings 30 years of industry experience to his new role. Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Fuller served as director of property management for Onyx Equities in Rutherford. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
