Leasing set to open at South Amboy’s latest luxury waterfront community

Leasing is set to begin at Station Bay in South Amboy, a luxury rental community set to pioneer a massive redevelopment effort along the Raritan Bay waterfront, according to a Tuesday announcement from BNE Real Estate Group.
