NAI James E. Hanson negotiated a lease for 1,100 square feet of office space in Chatham to Galaxy Dairy Products, a cheese wholesaler and importer, according to a Monday announcement.
Located at 13 Watchung Ave., the fully-leased property includes an adjoining building, which Hanson also recently brought to full occupancy. The two buildings offer easy access to Interstates 78, 280 and 287, in addition to Route 24, and are highly visible from the intersection of Watchung Avenue and River Road. In addition, the asset includes a private parking lot accessible to tenants and guests.
NAI Hanson, which serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the two buildings, said its team of Andrew Kirshenbaum and Tom Ryan represented the landlord, James Prisco Jr., in the transaction. Galaxy was in search of office space closer to the home of its second generation of family leadership.
“This deal demonstrates our team’s unique ability to craft tailor-made marketing strategies to attract quality tenants, and we are thrilled to have successfully secured yet another tenant for this property on behalf of our client,” said Kirshenbaum.
