The Atwater, Bogota luxury community, now 90% leased

Upscale apartment homes at the Atwater, a luxury waterfront community in Bogota, have reached the 90% leasing mark, according to a Monday announcement from PCD Development.

Situated on the banks of the Hackensack River, in the heart of Bergen County, residences are loaded with designer interior appointments. The homes, each with a private balcony or patio, are priced starting from the $2,100s with limited time incentives of up to two months free. Immediate occupancy is available.

“The remaining apartments provide outstanding rental opportunities,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the Atwater. “In fact, we’ve recently released some of our best two-bedroom homes. This is a great chance to reside in Bergen County’s premier new rental community and experience a contemporary lifestyle already being enjoyed by more than 230 renters at the Atwater.”

Homes at the Atwater are accompanied by more than 20,000 square feet of resort-inspired outdoor amenities, which include a pool, sun deck, cabanas and sunbathing/yoga lawn. There’s also an outdoor work-from-home space, fire pits, dining area with four BBQ grills and an approximately 2,000-foot-long riverfront walkway that meanders along the Hackensack River. There’s even a resident-only outdoor theater is in the works.
