The Michaels Organization announces new regional vice presidents

The Michaels Organization on Monday announced it elevated two executives to the roles of regional vice president — Ryan Zent and Christopher Earley have both served as vice presidents, where their leadership skills have moved them up within the national real estate organization to regional leads of its Affordable Development Team.

Zent will now oversee all affordable development activity in the Southwest region, while  Earley will oversee affordable development for the Mid-Atlantic.

“Both of these teammates have exhibited tremendous leadership, maturity and growth. The regions that Ryan and Chris manage are poised for continued growth and success in both the short and long terms,” said Ken Crawford, executive vice president of development and co-lead of Michaels Affordable Development.

Based in Washington, D.C., Earley has over 25 years of finance and affordable housing experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of project underwriting, financing and development. He has lead responsibility for the acquisition, planning, development and development financing of affordable housing properties in the Mid-Atlantic region, which consists of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.

Zent, who is based in Denver, will oversee projects across the Southwest, including those in Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. He has more than 12 years of experience in real estate finance, development and market analysis.

The Michaels Organization is based in Camden.
