NAI James E. Hanson said it facilitated a lease for 12,530 square feet of office space at 100 Hamilton Plaza in Paterson.

The property is a multitenant office building regarded as one of the most iconic office buildings in downtown Paterson. 100 Hamilton Plaza features an abundance of amenities, including panoramic city views, a cafeteria and a Planet Fitness gym center.
This building also includes on-site ownership, first-class property management and reception and security check-ins for all employees and visitors. The location is within walking distance of the Paterson train station and the Broadway Bus terminal.
For nearly 50 years, Northeast New Jersey Legal Services has provided legal services to those who are lower-income, senior and/or disabled residents in the local community. As the firm sought to relocate to a more modern and accessible building, it was able to lease the entire second floor with a plan designed and built to the exact needs of its front office and administrative operations.
