Alfred Sanzari taps Silbert to oversee retail leasing at Hackensack health care building

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises selected Silbert Realty & Management Co. as the exclusive retail leasing agent for the Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building in Hackensack, the firm announced Wednesday.

Silbert Realty & Management Co.’s CEO and president, Brian Silbert, will be leading the assignment along with Senior Vice President of Retail Services David Greenman.

Located at located at 360 Essex St., directly across the street from Hackensack University Medical Center, the 85,000-square-foot Medical Arts Building was constructed in 2002 with 18,000 square feet of ground-level retail in one of the most in-demand retail corridors in Bergen County. Nearly 45,000 vehicles pass the property each day and steady foot traffic comes from visitors to the medical center and the specialty physicians who call the building home. Additionally, the property offers 360 surface and garage parking spots. Current retail tenants include Starbucks, BITE Food & Coffee Co. and Bank of America.

The property also boasts unparalleled access to the New York City metro area via nearby Interstate 80 and Routes 4, 17, and 46, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.
