NAI James E. Hanson on Wednesday said it negotiated the sale of a 6,200-square-foot medical office building at 82 Newark Pompton Turnpike in Riverdale.
NAI Hanson’s Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the seller, Karser Enterprises LLC, in the transaction with Dr. Jie Zhu and Dr. Yen Shi Kuo, who are relocating a veterinary practice to a larger, more adaptable space that was better suited to their needs.
The property is a historic two-story building in a highly accessible location close to the intersection of Interstate 287 and Route 23. It features 31 parking spots and is currently home to two therapy practices and a medical lab in a shared three-office medical suite on the second floor.
The 2,950-square-foot space will now become home to the veterinary practice and will bring the property to 100% occupancy.
