Jennifer Velez and Uli Diaz were named to the senior leadership team at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, the insurer announced Friday morning.
Velez will become senior vice president and general counsel, succeeding Linda Willett, who is retiring from Horizon at the end of 2021 after 12 years with the company. Diaz is being promoted to senior vice president of government affairs. Both appointments are effective Jan. 3.
