Rose Commercial represents both parties in $2.8M sale of retail warehouse strip in Hainesport

1509 Rt 38, Hainesport.

Marlton-based Rose Commercial Real Estate said Monday that it orchestrated the sale of a 44,750-square-foot retail/warehouse strip center in Hainesport for $2.8 million.

For the second time over the last 12 months, the Marlton-based commercial real estate firm’s president, Adam Rose, represented a local investor, Tristan Sylk. Rose also represented this seller in the transaction and will retain the listing to lease the vacant space.

Speaking of working together again, the buyer and broker in a joint statement said: “The benefits are endless. Not only because we know each other so well, but our relationship is one built on mutual respect and trust.”

Located at 1509 Route 38, a heavily-traveled roadway, Plaza 38 consists of a 32,000-square-foot retail/warehouse facility that is fully leased, and has 12,750 square feet of storefront available.

The new owner has plans for major improvements, to include signage, parking and the external façade.
