Tinton Falls-based World Insurance Associates LLC acquired Pope Insurance Agency Inc. of Plainville, Massachusetts on Oct. 1. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Pope Insurance is a multiline insurance agency that offers personal insurance (car, home and life) as well as business insurance, which includes comprehensive commercial insurance solutions.
