CBRE on Monday announced it was appointed the exclusive leasing agent at East Hanover Commerce Center, a three-building industrial complex located in the heart of Morris County along New Jersey’s Route 10 corridor. The ownership, comprised of Vision Real Estate Partners, a full-service real estate investment, development and asset management company, and Barings, a global investment manager, tapped CBRE to oversee leasing at this centrally located property.
The CBRE team of Larry Schiffenhaus, Thomas Monahan, Stephen D’Amato, Anastasia Lazarides, Gerard Monahan and Lauren Hageman will oversee the leasing campaign at East Hanover Commerce Center.
“We are excited to bring this industrial property to the market,” Schiffenhaus said. “Given the lack of supply and demand for quality small bay industrial/flex space for lease in New Jersey, availabilities at this centrally located complex will not remain on the market long.”
Located at 9 Melanie Lane, 11 Melanie Lane and 15 Melanie Lane, East Hanover Commerce Center is a 167,050-square-foot industrial/flex complex with convenient access to major highways including Interstates 287, 280, 80 and 78 and Routes 24 and 46, and the Morristown Municipal Airport. The well-maintained industrial park features drive-in bays and loading docks, as well as ceiling heights up to 24 feet.
