Lee & Associates promotes industrial adviser to partner

Lee & Associates New Jersey recently announced it elevated Drew Maffey to partner, joining an elite group of brokers selected to shape the direction of the company.

In this role, Maffrey will continue to serve clients as a leading industrial adviser in the region, assisting tenants and landlords in the purchasing, selling and leasing assets. A top-tier producer and mentor to many young brokers at Lee & Associates New Jersey, Maffey is the youngest partner in the history of the company.

An expert in the industrial market, Maffey works out of the Elmwood Park office and has executed deals throughout New Jersey, as well as in California, Georgia and Ontario.

“Drew’s motivation, persistence and drive continues to inspire our team and has earned him this promotion,” Principal Jason Lynch said. “It is an honor to name Drew to be the youngest broker promoted to partner and we look forward to watching him grow as a major influencer in our region and thought leader across the industrial industry.”

Maffey began his career at Lee & Associates in 2017 as a real estate sales associate in the industrial real estate market, specifically for Union County and Middlesex County. He was promoted to assistant vice president in fall 2019.
