Diversified Properties said Tuesday it hired finance guru Greg Adami as chief financial officer and chief operations officer.
With nearly two decades of experience in implementing operational and financial frameworks, Adami will leverage his background in real estate financial management to streamline the firm’s operations and finance departments through the addition of new operational workflow efficiencies, the restructuring of manual processes and improving the adoption of the latest real estate and business technologies.
“Greg brings strategic mindset and a demonstrated track record of success to this dual position,” said Diversified Properties’ founding and managing partner, Nicholas Minoia. “We welcome him to the team, as we know he will be a tremendous asset in assisting with the management of the firm’s continued growth and helping us seamlessly execute our investment strategy in the years to come.”
In his previous role, Adami was director of operations for a Manhattan-based multibillion-dollar family-owned real estate owner/management company, where his counsel was relied upon by ownership, senior management and stakeholders across the business to ensure all policies, procedures and processes were completed timely and accurately.
Prior to his role in Manhattan, he served as supervising consultant for Grant Thornton Management Consulting, where he honed his strong project management, communication, analysis and business development skills.
