Two New Jersey-based companies are collaborating for a fourth time. Jersey City-based KRE Group said Monday that, together with the Short Hills-based Silverman Group, it has opened a new luxury rental community in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania, which is now accepting leases.
Located in a village within Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh Hills will deliver a collection of 273 residences with state-of-the-art amenities, an attractive, garden apartment setting, local shopping, dining and easy access to Route 22 and Interstate 78.
Monthly rents begin at $1,975 for one-bedroom and $2,250 for two-bedroom floorplans. Initial occupancy is scheduled for mid-January 2022.

The community is made up of seven midrise buildings that are designed to offer residents the best in contemporary living, including modern kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. All apartments include in-unit washers and dryers, luxury vinyl tile flooring, large closets, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, gas heat, cable-ready connections and tile flooring in the bathroom.
One of the many amenity spaces integrated into the community’s design is a centrally located clubhouse to serve as a gathering place for residents and offering amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga room, lounge areas, a conference room and a screening/gaming room.
Outside, residents will have access to a variety of outdoor relaxation and recreation spaces, including a swimming pool, landscaped outdoor terrace with fire pit, sun loungers, barbecue grills and seating areas, a tot lot and a dog park. Additional conveniences include a mailbox pavilion, package lockers, on-site parking, a dog wash room and maintenance services.
