Urby launches leasing for new phase of apartments in Harrison

New design elements and elevated amenities are part of a new phase of Harrison Urby‘s community. Leasing of the 381 brand new apartments is officially underway at 200 Angelo Cifelli Drive, expanding the offering’s lively social spaces located near the Harrison PATH station, the developer announced this week.

“Urby’s transformative residential concept has thrived in Harrison, and we’re excited to build on its appeal and connection to the community,” said David Barry, CEO and president of Urby. “This new building introduces the next level of Urby experience.”

Opening monthly rents start from $1,935 for alcove studios that include a built-in, storage, platform bed and wood-slat partitions to create more privacy. One-bedroom layouts start from $2,110, and two-bedroom apartments start from $2,875. Three-bedroom floorplans will be available in early 2022. Immediate occupancy and limited time leasing specials are available.

Urby apartments feature open-floor plans, large windows, built-in shelving and closets with drawers for storage, and sustainable flooring. With smart technology systems, including keyless smart phone entry and Amazon package lockers, residents at Harrison Urby have unprecedented access to mobile connectivity.

Residents with flexible work schedules can work from Urby’s newest amenity space, the Study, a cozy space with individual tables which make it easy for residents to grab a coffee and snack.

Other amenities include a full-size basketball court within a new fitness center. And, outdoors, there is a new courtyard that provides additional open spaces for residents to play lawn games, lounge outside, sit by the firepit and grill with friends. Opening soon, Urby will also be home to Charley, a Viennese bistro featuring a fun, yet relaxed atmosphere for coffee to cocktails.

Urby is designed by Amsterdam-based firm Concrete Architects. It is a joint venture between Barry, a principal with Ironstate Development, and Brookfield Properties.

The developer operates four properties, in Jersey City and Harrison, plus New York City and Stamford, Connecticut. It has plans for future properties in Newark, as well as Dallas and Washington, D.C.

Harrison Urby residents have full access to all amenities at all Urby buildings.
