Alfred Sanzari inks two leases in Hackensack office building

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced that it has signed two leases totaling 2,821 square feet at Court Plaza, located at 19/21/25 Main St. in Hackensack.

Located directly across from the Bergen County Administrative Complex and other governmental offices, Court Plaza’s 335,000 square feet of Class A office space has become the preferred home for professional services companies in Bergen County, as the three-building complex boasts 100% covered parking and easy access to Interstate 80, Routes 4, 17 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway.

Star Hill Financial, a certified minority-owned equipment leasing company, inked 1,771 square feet of space. The new office at Court Plaza will enable it to serve clients more easily throughout the Bergen County and New York City areas.

Meanwhile, software consulting firm Business Solution Providers inked 1,050 square feet. Headquartered at Court Plaza since 2016, the building has provided the company with the ideal location to service its growing national client base.

Steve Jennings, vice president of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in both transactions. Jan Lewis of Cole Schotz provided legal services to Alfred Sanzari Enterprises for the Star Hill Financial transaction.
