NAI James E. Hanson on Monday said it negotiated a lease for 1,030 square feet of office space at 1030 Saint Georges Ave. in Avenel.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and David Ukleja represented the landlord, Orchard Enclave LLC, in the transaction with Daidone Electric Inc.
The team serves as the exclusive leasing trio for 1030 Saint Georges Ave., a 57,337-square-foot, four-story medical office building centrally located in Avenel, in Woodbridge Township. Adjacent to Routes 1, 9 and 35, the property offers prime visibility and quick access to a multitude of major transportation arteries. A specialty electric contractor in operation for over 90 years, Daidone Electric Inc. was in search of office space with ideal proximity to the wide range of locations the company services.
