Valley Bank names 10-year veteran as president

Wayne-based Valley National Bank said Thursday it elevated Thomas Iadanza to president. A 10-year veteran at Valley, Iadanza was most recently senior executive vice president, chief banking officer.

In this new role, Iadanza will oversee the bank’s day-to-day operations, including commercial banking, retail banking, digital products, credit, customer experience and financial services.

“Tom is an exceptional leader who has played an integral role in Valley’s growth,” said Ira Robbins, who will remain CEO. “As we continue to expand our capabilities, services and footprint, Tom will drive these efforts and ensure we maintain true to our culture of a relationship bank that delivers service-based results.”
