Kushner Real Estate Group and Russo Development launched leasing at Rock Pointe, a brand-new community of 345 luxury rental residences in Rockaway Township, the two developers jointly announced Thursday.
Located at 1 Rock Pointe Place, the suburban community is situated in a picturesque ridgetop location convenient to nearby shopping and dining on Green Pond Road and less than two miles from the entrance to Interstate 80.
Monthly rental rates for Rock Pointe’s collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences start from $2,100. Initial occupancy is scheduled for mid-January.
