28 Scotch Road sits in a highly visible location at the center of the new connection between Route 29 and Interstate 295. The property features ample parking and offers easy access to Interstate 95. The single-story building is currently fully occupied by Galls, a public safety equipment and uniform retailer that specializes in serving the needs of law enforcement, military, security, fire, EMS and more.

Looking to expand its 2 million-square-foot national portfolio, Hofing Management agreed to purchase the building.
