Fernmoor Homes begins final phase of construction at Mi-Place at West Rancocas in Mount Holly

The final phase of construction of Mi-Place at West Rancocas apartments in Mount Holly is beginning, according to an announcement by Fernmoor Homes. The project is expected to contribute to the area’s current revitalization by adding 96 apartments and 12 townhomes to the existing 228 apartments and four townhomes.

“A community with vibrant housing is bound to grow, and we believe this new construction will help our town continue to develop,” said Chris Banks, deputy mayor of Mount Holly. “As an older town, adding more luxury, high-quality housing is a great sign of progress, and I look forward to seeing the good this will do for Mount Holly residents.”

As part of the redevelopment, Mi-Place at West Rancocas offers new apartments and townhomes with modern, gorgeous, high-level finishes, balconies, full-size washers and dryers and more.

“Working with Fernmoor Homes on this project has been a pleasure,” said Michael Sencindiver, partner with KMS Development Partners. “We’ve been able to turn what was once an underdeveloped community into a beautiful development with housing for people looking to live in a great location.”

Located minutes from downtown Mount Holly, residents can enjoy access to a growing landscape of attractions, including retail destinations, restaurants, bars and breweries. Mi-Place also offers a community clubhouse and fitness center, a resident’s lounge and a dog park, as well as pet-friendly accommodations.

“We’re proud to offer upscale living at a good price, with rich amenities designed for modern living,” said Jeffrey Fernbach, president of Fernmoor Homes.

Mi-Place at West Rancocas is located right off the New Jersey Turnpike, with access to the Princeton Corridor, Trenton, Philadelphia and more.
