A 10,296-square-foot, freestanding multitenanted office building in Union has been sold in less than two weeks after it went on the market, according to a Tuesday announcement from NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
The sale price was not disclosed.
NAI DiLeo-Bram’s David Simon, chief operating officer, and Kyle Gerace, associate, represented the seller, while the buyer was represented by Moshe Shalam of Coldwell Banker.
“We were successful in attracting a buyer, in less than two weeks from when we commenced our marketing campaign,” Simon said. “Freestanding buildings that offer employees increased safety measures are very attractive to buyers and employers since the pandemic started. We are pleased to have executed this sale quickly on behalf of our client.”
Located at 420 Chestnut St. in close proximity to the Garden State Parkway, the asset is a three-story building with on-site parking. It is convenient to the town center and offers easy transportation via buses and local New Jersey Transit rail stations. Numerous banking, retail shopping and dining options are nearby.
