NAI Hanson helps HVAC business buy 5K sq. ft. industrial building in Hackensack

NAI James E. Hanson on Monday said it negotiated the sale of a 5,000-square-foot industrial building, located at 15 Van Orden Place in Hackensack, for an undisclosed amount.

NAI Hanson’s Dominic Fittizzi represented both the buyer, HVAC Mechanical Corp., and the seller, Paul Pytal, in the transaction.

Situated in the heart of Bergen County and conveniently located within proximity to Interstates 80 and 95, the property’s central location allows for near-immediate access to New York City and includes expansive on-site parking.

In addition to its fenced-in private lot and industrial drive-in, the building features a complete air conditioning system, a new security system and a recently installed Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof.

“This deal further underscores our team’s unique ability to construct marketing strategies that take advantage of the high demand for versatile industrial spaces across the state of New Jersey,” Fittizzi said. “Through our unmatched market expertise, NAI Hanson is able to repeatedly fill vacant spaces and connect buyers with properties that are well suited to the growing needs of their businesses.”
