Second phase of Agnes in Jersey City reaches leasing milestone

The Agnes in Jersey City achieved another notable milestone, having leased 75% of the homes in its second rental phase in the first month of availability of the luxury apartments on the city’s West Side.

Located at 132 Yale Ave., the community’s initial phase of 145 homes was fully leased less than five months after opening — and the leasing momentum seems to have continued with the new phase of 68 homes.

The Agnes features a mix of studio to three-bedroom homes. Select floorplans include a den for additional living and entertaining space and the flexibility to utilize as a home office or for visiting guests.

Monthly rents start from $1,765, including grand opening incentives that include up to two months free on a 14-month lease. The Marketing Directors is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the Agnes.

“The Agnes has effectively tapped into the large pool of renters who are now turning their attention to this once-hidden residential treasure by offering attractively priced, upscale homes in a well-amenitized building in a location near a dynamic mix of restaurants, retail shops and cafés with great access to downtown Jersey City, Manhattan and business and entertainment centers heading west,” said Greg Russo, a principal with Fields Grade, which is developing the Agnes with Blumberg & Freilich Equities.

Stylish residences at the Agnes feature stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, in-home washer and dryer, luxury plank flooring, custom closets and soft-close Matte Gray cabinetry. Select homes include outdoor space.

An impressive 10,000-plus square feet of shared indoor and outdoor amenities is highlighted by an outdoor pool and landscaped courtyard with BBQs, dining areas and lounge seating, while expansive indoor social spaces include a club room, public and private workspaces, a lounge with a fireplace, fitness center, community kitchen, children’s playroom, bike storage, and a dog run and dog wash. Street-level retail space will include an on-site café with a residents-only lobby entrance for great access.

Complimentary commuter shuttle service brings residents to the Journal Square PATH Station during the morning and evening commutes, offering even greater access to New York City.
