Lyndhurst-based Scarinci Hollenbeck recently announced the promotion of nine attorneys effective Jan. 1. Two were elevated to partner and two to counsel. Five others were made senior associates.
The firm cited each attorney for “continued growth, hard work, and commitment to professional excellence.”
Angelo Auteri and Stan Barrett were made partner.
Auteri practices in the Public, Labor & Employment group out of the firm’s Lyndhurst headquarters. He focuses his practice on municipal government, serving as corporation counsel for the town of West New York and the city of Union City. Auteri also has extensive experience managing construction code litigation matters and representing public- and private-sector employers on a broad range of labor and employment topics, including disciplinary hearings, grievance arbitrations and labor negotiations.
Barrett practices in the Telecommunications, Corporate Transactions & Business group out of the firm’s Red Bank office. With over a decade of experience, Barrett focuses on communications regulatory law; litigation, including extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and contract disputes; white collar defense, defending clients before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Securities & Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice; and corporate compliance.
Elevated to counsel are Ashley Brinn and Sarah Gober. Brinn, in the Red Bank office, practices real estate law. Gober, in Lyndhurst, practices education and labor and employment law.
The attorneys elevated to senior associate all work out of the Lyndhurst office, including: John Burke, Caitlin Dettmer and Madelaine Hicks, who practice public, labor & employment law; Keith Campbell, who practices education and special education law; and Sarah Tornetta, who practices labor & employment law and litigation.
