Cushman & Wakefield said last week that it arranged a 12-year, 20,120-square-foot lease for Hall Booth Smith P.C. at 15 E. Midland Ave. in Paramus, an Onyx Equities property. Hall Booth Smith is a full-service law firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Landers, Barry Zeller, Jonathan Serko, David DeMatteis and Mina Shehata represented the tenant. Onyx Equities was represented by Newmark.
“While headquartered in Atlanta, Hall Booth Smith has a regional presence in eight states and they wanted to consolidate their three New Jersey litigation offices into one to bring all of their employees in the area to the same building. They were looking for a high-quality building with recent updates and a good selection of amenities, which they found at 15 E. Midland Ave.,” Landers said.
15 E. Midland Ave. is a five-story, 260,000-square-foot office building. The property features a skylit atrium and abundant light-filled space, as well as a café.
The property is easily accessible via two major corridors and is surrounded by high-end shopping, dining, retail and hotel options.
