Vantage Commercial on Thursday said it inked a medical office lease in Cherry Hill with Continental Clinical Solutions LLC.
Located at 1020 N. Kings Highway, the 2,175-squre-foot space is centrally located within a medical/professional complex along the heavily trafficked Kings Highway corridor and is easily accessible from the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 295 and Route 70.
Emily Stein, director of health care services at Cherry Hill-based Vantage, worked closely with both the building owner, Jackie Needleman, and lessors Amrit Chahal and Saleh Stevens of the pharmaceutical/clinical trial company, to identify a location for the office’s expansion and secure a lease for the new space.
“Continental Clinical Solutions is well-positioned for success and growth at 1020 N. Kings Highway. The first-floor space will be easily accessible and welcoming for their clients and patients. This company is doing amazing things for the pharmaceutical industry. Clinical trials advance science and medicine, leading to cures, advanced diagnoses and better treatments,” Stein said.
