JLL welcomes industry leader to head Northeast Industrial Project Management team

JLL on Friday said it hired industry veteran Dana Miarmi as senior vice president to lead the firm’s Northeast Industrial Project Management team. She will manage a growing team of project managers and spearhead business development efforts under the leadership of the region’s market director, Rob Kossar, and chief operating officer, Terry Harris, both with JLL’s East Rutherford office.

Miarmi, a former managing director at Mancini Duffy, brings over 15 years of relevant industry experience and will focus on driving JLL’s continued growth across all aspects of project development and management. Prior to Mancini Duffy, Miarmi served as director of projects and development at SAA Interiors + Architecture, a privately held architectural and interior design company. She has extensive experience in delivering architectural and interiors solutions for a diverse range of manufacturing and industrial clients, including those in the aviation, defense and pharmaceutical industries.

“Dana brings a rich and diverse range of experience, as well as the technical skillset necessary to lead our Northeast Industrial Project Management team,” Harris said. “JLL has differentiated itself in the region by implementing an industrial-dedicated service model across our business lines. Dana’s knowledge and expertise of industrial design and development will enhance our ability to deliver exceptional value for clients. We are thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

“I’m excited to join the JLL team as the industrial market sector continues to accelerate, creating significant opportunity for the growth of the company’s project management business,” Miarmi said. “I look forward to using my experience in industrial architecture as well as my background in technical and process-driven design and management solutions to help our clients address their needs now and as their businesses adapt and expand in the future.”
