Vantage Commercial announced it inked a 2,675-square-foot retail lease in Eastampton for a dental practice.
The Cherry Hill-based brokerage represented Eastampton Place West and Urban Renewal LLC in securing Opal Dental to occupy a spacious, modern facility within a resort-style residential community loacted at 12000 Hamilton Way, which is easily accessible from Route 38, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
Ken Richardson, executive director at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with Reed Wrisley of Practice Real Estate Group. The two firms worked together to sign Opal Dental to a 10-year lease after several months of negotiations and compromise.
“Opal Dental LLC will be well-positioned for success and future growth within Eastampton Place West. The newly created space will be welcoming and efficient for new patients. During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more critical to have a strong understanding of the market. Our relationships with landlords, including Urban Renewal LLC, become even more important as we all need to be able to service clients, even more so during challenging times,” Richardson said.

Eastampton Place West, managed by Urban Renewal LLC, has 240 luxury apartments in a resort-type setting with multiple retail spaces along Woodlane Road.
