The former Asbury Park Press and Home News Tribune printing facility in Freehold was acquired by the Saadia Group for an undisclosed amount, according to a Monday announcement from Sheldon Gross Realty.
Located at 235 Willow Brook Road, the 199,000-square-foot, multipurpose structure sits on roughly 30 acres in a highly desirable section of Monmouth County.
Saadia was represented by Sheldon Gross Realty Vice President Jonathan Glick and sales representative Matt Leonelli. CBRE represented the seller, which was undisclosed.
“The building could easily be divided into smaller warehouse and manufacturing spaces, with ample power and numerous loading docks. In addition, the land offers opportunities for future expansion,” Glick said in a prepared statement.
The asset sits within easy access to Routes 33, 9 and 18. In addition, the property is just 10 miles from the Garden State Parkway and less than 15 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike.
