Looking to relocate, Nu-Meat Technology Inc. signed a 16,000-square-foot industrial lease at 124 Tices Lane in East Brunswick, according to a Monday announcement from NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
A leader in technology and machinery for the processing of meat products, Nu-Meat plans to use the space for distribution and executive offices.
An NAI DiLeo-Bram team comprised of Robert Dinner, executive vice president, and Tom Kirczow, senior vice president, represented the tenant.
“We performed an extensive search for our client to find a property that met the physical specifications of its business, as well as long-term growth plans, and found 124 Tices Lane to be an excellent fit,” Dinner said. “Nu-Meat also wanted to establish a strong relationship with a landlord that would ensure professional management throughout its tenancy. We definitely achieved those objectives by structuring a lease at this property with the owner, Greek Development, one of the most reputable property owners in the state,” he added.
Located within Highview Industrial Park, 124 Tices Lane is a 41,600-square-foot industrial building. It is just minutes from several of the state’s major highways, including Routes 1 and 18, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
