Vantage Commercial leased a 2,000-square-foot space in Voorhees to Soba for its newest medical office expansion, and its first location in New Jersey.
Located at 805 Cooper Road within the Cooper Road Professional Building, the space is centrally located within a medical/professional complex and is easily accessible from Evesham Road and Routes 70 and 73.
Vantage Commercial’s Emily Stein, director of health care services, and Corinne Giletto, director of client services, worked closely with both owners of the complex and Brian Chasin, chief financial officer of Soba New Jersey, to identify a location.
Soba New Jersey’s mission is to provide addiction treatment and mental health services that offer a comprehensive path to recovery from substance use disorders.

This company is doing amazing things for those struggling with mental health and addiction and is a great addition to our local communities,” Stein said.
