EisnerAmper LLP, the business advisory firm with a major presence in New Jersey, announced that Tenaya Taylor joined the firm in the newly formed role of director of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Taylor will help develop and advance inclusive strategies and programs that allow EisnerAmper to continue to build and sustain a talented and diverse workforce and foster greater equity, inclusion, representation and a deeper culture of belonging into every aspect of the firm.
Taylor brings more than 20 years of expertise in DEI, philanthropy, multicultural marketing, communications and advocacy spanning multiple industries. In her role, Taylor will work to reinforce the firm’s commitment to increasing diverse workforce representation, improving engagement and sentiment, and expanding diversity among clients and suppliers. In addition, she will be a strategic thought leader representing EisnerAmper DEI commitments both internally and externally.
