Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial said it recently assisted Amega Enterprises in acquiring space located within the Jackson Commons Professional Building in Medford.
Located at 30 Jackson Road, the 1,440-square-foot space is centrally located within a medical/professional complex and is easily accessible from Tuckerton Road, Stokes Road and Route 70.
Emily Stein, director of health care services, and Ken Richardson, executive director at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with both ownership of the condo, as well as the buyer, Anthony Amato, president of Amega Enterprises, to identify the investment opportunity and close the deal.
Amega recently renovated Building D within the same complex for another one of Vantage Commercial’s clients.
“Amega Enterprises is growing exponentially as an investor and has acquired multiple investment properties within the South Jersey area. Anthony was pleased with the ability that Vantage displayed during the negotiation process. This will be another exciting opportunity for Amega to renovate and secure a long-term tenant,” Richardson said.
