Weiss St. in Manville — which features both a 2,188-square-foot office and an income-producing apartment — has been sold to an undisclosed buyer for $332,000, according to an announcement from Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross and Vice President Eric Weston, who brokered the deal.
The asset, which features two large storage sheds with electricity, and sits on an approximately 8,000-square-foot lot, was most recently used by the seller related to a contracting business. The office space has 8-foot ceilings, a reception area, a conference room, five offices, security cameras, a kitchenette, a generator, loft storage and off-street parking for five vehicles.
