Full-service law firm Mandelbaum Barrett P.C. announced Friday that three new partners will join the firm’s Real Estate practice and it plans the opening of a new office in Bergen County.
Bart Mongelli, Anthony Arnone and Roberto Migliorelli, all former partners at DeCotiis, FitzPatrick, Cole & Giblin LLP, will join the firm’s growing Real Estate practice and be based in its new Lyndhurst office.
Real Estate Department co-Chair Barry R. They bring not only the ability to better serve clients in in Bergen and Hudson counties, but they also bring new areas of focus to our practice.”
Mongelli focuses his practice on real estate, banking and corporate law. His experience includes representing banks and private lenders with borrowing and lending transactions in real estate, development and construction deals. He has over 20 years of experience practicing law.
Arnone’s practice is focused on real estate redevelopment, land use and banking law. As part of his representation of both public- and private-sector entities, he has counseled clients in the closing of commercial real estate sales and represented lenders with corporate finance and other creditors’ rights matters. Arnone also served as prosecutor for local municipalities and other public entities.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Migliorelli’s practice is focused on commercial lending and commercial real estate law, and he handles all aspects of real estate transactions and commercial lending. Clients have included corporate and government entities involved in a variety of development projects and other business transactions.

Mandelbaum Barrett’s new Bergen County office will be located at 518 Stuyvesant Ave., Suite 301, in Lyndhurst, by mid-2022.
