WCRE said it successfully negotiated a 7,460-square-foot lease for DECA SwitchLab at 2030 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill, from Cherry Umbrella LLC.
DECA SwitchLab, an industry leading provider of electric machinery switches and terminal blocks, selected the premier light industrial space as an expansion of its distribution operations. The group aims to capture a higher market share within the $3 billion U.S. market.
2030 Springdale Road offers tremendous visibility, and the property is positioned within convenient access to Interstate 295, Route 73 and the New Jersey Turnpike, providing convenient access for their clients and employees.
