A popular Hudson County hair salon has relocated from Hoboken to Downtown Jersey City. G&C Hair Salon has opened the doors to a brand new, modern studio in the Vantage Collection located at 33 Park View Ave., according to a Tuesday announcement.
The 900-square-foot studio will offer services that include haircuts, coloring and extensions.
G&C Hair Salon was established in 2016, and its staff has over a decade of experience in the hairdressing industry. Over the past five years, the salon has garnered a strong reputation for its ability to adapt to market needs and incorporate new techniques that satisfy client demand and reflect the latest trends.
The Vantage Collection fits perfectly into this philosophy by providing a highly visible location that was ideal to tap into the large pool of young customers in Downtown Jersey City, according to owner Hongxia Guo.
“At G&C Hair Studio, we pay close attention to ways we can improve the client experience and work to ensure our services meet their needs and provide great customer satisfaction,” Guo said. “To accomplish this, we are very cognizant of the newest styles and market conditions. We’ve been seeing more young customers from Jersey City. In fact, several of our clients live at the Vantage Collection.
Developed by Fisher Development Associates, the Vantage Collection features striking twin 45-story rental buildings glistening along the Hudson River in Jersey City’s Liberty Harbor North. The project consists of 900 apartments and more than 75,000 square feet of world-class amenities.
The development has revitalized the eastern end of Liberty Harbor North with the introduction of eye-catching buildings and approximately 11,300 square feet of supportive retail space.
The high-rise towers at the Vantage Collection feature upscale studios, one- and two-bedroom rental residences with enviable views of the Statue of Liberty, New York Harbor, Liberty State Park and Manhattan.
The Vantage Collection lies directly on the waterfront in a coveted Downtown Jersey City neighborhood that provides tremendous access to transportation into Manhattan via the Grove Street and Exchange Place PATH stations and NY Waterway ferry service. The buildings are adjacent the charming Paulus Hook and Van Vorst Park neighborhoods and just steps away from the vibrant dining/nightlife scene on Newark Avenue. All the natural delights of Liberty State Park are also nearby.
