Tax service provider expands footprint in Linden with new lease in citivillage

Just in time for tax season, a new Jackson Hewitt location will be opening up at citivillage in Linden, according to an announcement from Lee & Associates, which represented both the tenant and landlord in a new retail lease.

Jackson Hewitt signed a 1,200-square-foot lease for retail space at the Citivillage, a mixed-use retail and residential development boasting brand new storefronts with a bus stop, 113 luxury apartments, a dog run, a large promenade, beautiful large display windows and new eateries opening onsite.

This will be the team’s second office in the Linden area.

Kyle Janoczkin, Associate at Lee & Associates New Jersey represented Jackson Hewitt in this transaction. Sheneeza Ali, Vice President at Lee & Associates New Jersey represents the landlord.

Located at 1140 E. St. Georges Ave., citivillage continues to draw intense interest from residents and retailers who are responding positively to the new development and the neighborhood’s overall progression.

Offering easy commutes across New Jersey and into New York City, transportation options are accessible through the subway at Newark Airport and commuter rails at the Linden, Roselle Park, Elizabeth, Union and Cranford stations.
