Anouk Pappers and Chantalle Couba, two thought leaders on brand marketing who have created firms determined to raise awareness around women- and minority-owned businesses, will participate in a webinar Tuesday, sponsored by Innovation+.

The event, which take place from noon-1 p.m., is free. Register here.

Pappers, the CEO of New York City-based Signitt, aims to help leaders improve their individual brand and to help companies improve their online presence.

After interviewing hundreds of CEOs for more than a dozen books, she realized most of her work was done with white men. Since then, she has prioritized working with women and people of color.

Couba, the founder of Charlotte, North Carolina-based Namaste Consulting, is an experienced executive-level adviser with substantial in-house and advisory financial services experience, including operational risk and human capital strategy. She was worked in multiple roles at Fortune 100 companies.

At Namaste Consulting, she leads qualitative research on women in senior leadership roles, and designs affinity strategy and execution to support organizations seeking to create inclusive workforces and cultures.

She currently serves on the national board of directors for INROADS, a nonprofit organization focuses on mentoring and placement in paid internship roles, preparing diverse talent for various community and leadership roles.

The following will be discussed:

  • Their entrepreneurial journeys;
  • Importance of branding and how things have changed;
  • Branding transformation;
  • Branding and storytelling trends;
  • Advice for younger generations;
  • Questions from the audience.
