Hanson’s William Ericksen, Scott Perkins and Chris Todd represented the landlord, Horsehill Properties LLC, in the transaction.

Operating on a nationwide scale, Events Management Inc. was in search of industrial space well-suited to house dance recital equipment for events it hosts throughout the country.
