A behavioral health company has expanded into Central Jersey, signing a lease in Princeton, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
Advantage Behavioral Health Services LLC signed for 7,380 square feet at Princeton Forrestal Village, representing the third location Emily Stein, Cherry Hill-based Vantage’s director of health care services, has secured for the firm in the past year.
Stein worked with Chris McGoldrick, co-owner and vice president of operations at Advantage, on the transaction.
“Advantage Behavioral Services is well-positioned for success and growth at Princeton Forrestal Village,” she said in a prepared statement. “The newly renovated, modern space will be easily accessible and welcoming for their clients and patients. This company is doing amazing things for those struggling with mental health, and is a great addition to our local communities.”
