NAI Fennelly negotiates sale of Bordentown automotive repair facility for $2.175M

NAI Fennelly said Thursday it negotiated the sale of a 6,400-square-foot auto repair building in Bordentown for $2.175 million.

The full-service real estate provider’s Jerry Fennelly and Matt Fennelly represented the seller, Jeff’s Tire and Auto, in the transaction with American Tire & Auto Care.

Located at 3321 Route 206, the seller offered a wide range of general automotive repair services to customers from Bordentown and the surrounding communities of White Horse and Mansfield since 2009. Ownership decided now as the best time to exit the automotive repair business and looked to Fennelly to sell its facility.

Boasting 279 feet of frontage on Route 206, 20-foot clear ceilings and five 10-foot by 18-foot bays with overhead doors, the building was ideally suited to continued usage as an automotive repair shop.

Recognizing the strong potential, NAI Fennelly’s marketing targeted similar businesses hoping to expand in the area. Through its campaigning of the space, the NAI Fennelly team was able to identify American Tire & Auto Care as the ideal buyer. Added to seven locations across northern and central New Jersey, the new location in Bordentown will enable the company to expand into the area and further grow its customer base.

“When it comes to unique properties like 3321 Route 206, our decades of experience and significant local market knowledge ensures we have the expertise needed to find buyers and help our clients meet their financial goals,” Jerry Fennelly said. “We were happy to help Jeff’s Tire and Auto find a buyer for their property while also helping yet another local business grow in the Bordentown area.”
