Preleasing has begun at a new apartment community in Woodbridge, with applications available for June move-ins, according to the developer, Wick Cos.
Wick said in a news release that the Park at Woodbridge Station is a midrise building with studio through three-bedroom layouts. It is located directly across the street from the Woodbridge Train Station.
“We’re extremely excited to begin preleasing for the Park at Woodbridge Station,” Jon Freeman, senior vice president, Wick Cos., said in a prepared statement. “The community integrates seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood through its modern residential construction, boutique style and fantastic amenities.”
Amenities will include breakfast bars and full-size, large-capacity washers and dryers in units, as well as a community room with chef’s kitchen, fitness center, business center and more. The community also includes a two-story parking garage, 7,300-square-foot rooftop deck and a private on-site bar and lounge serving alcohol and providing take-away packaged goods.
Wick Cos. is based in Woodbridge.
