The luxury multifamily community in Woodbridge has passed the 80% leased mark — less than six months after its introduction to the market. Located at 10 Green St., the Avenue & Green leasing office is open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
