Grassi, the New York-based accounting firm with a major presence in New Jersey, received the 2022 Best of Accounting Award for superior client service, according to a Monday announcement.
Award winners are chosen for being industry leaders in service quality based on client feedback and ratings.
Highlights of Grassi’s 2022 client survey results include: 87.3% of respondents gave Grassi a score of 9 or 10 out of 10, compared to the industry average of 53% in 2021;
The firm’s Net Promoter Score was 83%, more than double the industry average of 38% in 2021; highest levels of satisfaction were in the areas of service quality and understanding client needs.

Information was collected through a ClearlyRated client satisfaction survey. On average, clients of 2022 Best of Accounting winners are twice as likely to be satisfied than those who work with other accounting firms.
